Dr Vishnu Kumar has nearly 15 years of experience in India and Hong Kong as a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Anatomy Module ,Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda Trainer for Various Yoga Teacher Training Programs at Anahata Yoga, Hong Kong, Registered Naturopath, Research Associate, Associate Yoga Therapy Lecturer, Ayurveda Consultant, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Master Herbalist, and Naturopathic Nutritional Diet Therapist. Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Food Science are his passions. In addition to the arts and life sciences, he has an interest in both. An Ayurveda practitioner with formal training, he originates from a family of traditional Indian astrologers situated near Tirupathi, the holiest city in India.

With a foundational role at Anahata Yoga, my journey in holistic health spans over a decade, marked by a commitment to integrating the principles of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Naturopathy. He has over ten years of experience as a chief yoga therapist and research associate lecturer at Asana Andiappan Yoga College in Chennai, South India. In addition, he has conducted extensive research in the fields of Ayurvedic science, naturopathy, and Hatha yoga. Dr Vishnu Kumar, a Life Member of the Tamil Nadu Yogaasana Association and a Registered Under the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (India), has observed and addressed a multitude of issues about sports injuries and injury rehabilitation for physical and sports professionals via yoga therapy and natural therapies. Guruji, the former president of the Tamil Nadu Yogaasana Association, advised and guided Dr. Vishnu Kumar in this regard. The Chief Justice of the Madras High Court also bestowed upon him the Yogaacharya Award in 2010 in recognition of his efforts to advance Yoga Theoretical Excellence and the spread of Ayurveda in India and around the world. Additionally, he has conducted and participated in CCRYN Free Yoga and Naturopathy Workshop Camps at Chennai, South India's Asana Andiappan Yoga College.
More than fifteen years ago, under the direct tutelage of the legendary Guru Dr. Asana Andiappan, he attained mastery in Hatha Yoga Practice and Yoga Therapy. Babaji's Kriya Hatha yoga was taught to him by Kriya Guru Marshall Govindan in Canada. He has authored a number of articles concerning Ayurveda Marma Sastra. Yoga Therapy, one of his teaching methodologies, is predicated on bodily imbalances known as Tridoshas as identified in Ayurveda.

Dr Vishnu Kumar received the Yogaacharya Award from the Honourable Chief Justice of Madras High Court, Late Mrs Suguna, INDIA in 2010 for contributing to Yoga Theoretical Excellence and Ayurveda propagation in India and abroad.
He also received Yogacharya Award from Guruji Asana Andiappan in 2012 for propagating Yoga Practice and naturopathy education importance among Indian judicial Acadamy members, Indian Law & Order administration, Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy, Annamalai Puram, Chennai.
He also received the M.Sc (Yoga & Naturopathy Science) from the Vice-Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University October 2009.
